Dear Friends,
I know what it means to walk through trials, to stumble, and to wonder if hope will ever return. My life has been marked by struggles that tested me to my core — moments when giving up would have been easier than pressing forward. Yet even in the darkest places,
I found a reason to keep going.
There were times when I gave more than I had, going without so that someone else could have enough. But I also learned an important truth: real change is not about losing yourself in the process. It’s about finding the strength to care for others and remembering your own worth. When we help from a place of balance, the impact is deeper, healthier, and lasting.
That is why I created Mess Made Right. Not because life is neat, predictable, or easy — but because I believe even the deepest messes can be transformed into stories of redemption. I am living proof of that.
Today, I am writing a book that shares my journey — the devastating trials, the unexpected triumphs, the losses, and the moments of hope that carried me through. My prayer is that this story becomes a light for others who are struggling, showing that no matter how broken life may feel, there is always a way forward.
Mess Made Right exists to connect businesses, charities, and communities so that together, we can turn resources into action and action into results that last. This is not just about charity — it’s about restoring hope, rebuilding lives, and reminding people they are never forgotten.
Every scar I carry is a reminder that survival is possible. And every story written through
Mess Made Right is proof that thriving is possible, too.
Thank you for believing in this mission — and for helping make the mess right.
With gratitude and hope,
Brenda Drake
